As for payments, our paid plan is billed either monthly or annually depending on your selection when upgrading. Your subscription will automatically renew each billing period (monthly or annual). You can cancel your subscription at any time via in-app billing settings.
Credits for email verifications are reset each month and unused credits do not roll over. If cancelling, unused credits will expire along with your subscription.
Where can I find invoices? #
Inside SoftBounce, click on your name on the top-right then go to Billing. You will be able to view your invoices and payment history.
