Do you have a free plan?
Yes! Our free plan is free forever – there isn’t a time limit and your usage limits reset every month.
You do not have to set up any billing to use our free plan.
What are the plans available?
We have 3 plans: free, growth and business. Full details are available on our pricing page.
Can I cancel my billing at any time?
Yes, you can cancel the subscription at any time.
Login to your account and go to “Billing” > “Cancel Billing”. Your subscription will expire after the end of your billing cycle and you will be moved to our free plan.
Where and how long for is my data stored?
All data is stored on AWS’ US East and US West regions. All your test and data history is kept until you cancel your account or are inactive for 120 days. You can request data deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
Do you have an API?
Yes, our client previews, monitoring, bot protection and email verification features have API access available. Check in-app for email verification API documentation. Other features are currently in private access only – you can contact our team to request access. API access is included/free for paid users.
